Delivery and Returns

We understand how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we bring life into every piece we create for you by making it once ordered and we have a limited inventory policy to reduce waste and CO2 emissions.

As such, our delivery times can vary, but our trusted delivery partners ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible.

INVENTORY POLICY

30% of clothing produced worldwide is never sold and 12.8m tons of clothing is sent to the landfill every year.

As part of our mission to reduce the negative impact of the fashion industry and produce clothing with life, the majority of our clothes are made to order. We kindly ask you for your patience with every order and we can guarantee in return that your patience will be rewarded with a beautifully crafted piece, you will love to wear every day!  

ORDER AND SHIPPING

We will start producing your garment as soon as your order is received. Our typical processing time varies between 7-10 working days. At times of longer backlogs, we will inform you immediately and you will have the option to amend your order. You will receive a notification via email on every step of the production process.

For guidance, the estimated delivery times are listed below.

All the orders are sent from Plovdiv, Bulgaria (the location of our atelier). You will receive a confirmation email on the day of the dispatch with a tracking number. Each garment will be packed in our environmentally friendly package to optimise the environmental impact from delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY 

In rare circumstances we will be able to produce a garment quicker than usual. If you need a garment for a special occasion with a pre-specified date, please email us with the event details to info@plisselondon.com and we will do our best to fulfil it within your desired timeframe. 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Your order is liable for international import tax and duties. These are excluded from the indicated price on the website.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International deliveries operate with the same terms as UK deliveries. Please read our terms above and see the indicated estimated delivery times.

Our beautiful packaging is perfect if your purchase is a gift. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a complimentary returns and exchanges processed within 14 days of receipt on all of our standard sizes. Since all garments are made specifically for you, please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags attached.

Please note for bespoke size orders, we can only offer a one-off free of charge adjustment post delivery and no full refund. 

If you would like to swap the size of your order, exchanges are easy. Simply contact us at info@plisselondon.com with the order number, and information of the piece that you would like to exchange, and we will happily arrange this for you. Alternatively, if you are not completely satisfied with your piece, please feel free to get in touch with us to arrange your return and any adjustments necessary. 

Once we receive your return, we will refund you the full amount within 5-7 working days to the original card account your provided at the time of the order.

RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Please email us at info@plisselondon.com with information of your order number to notify us of your intend to return or exchange your garment. Refunds will be processed excluding the return delivery fee, for which the customer is liable for. 

Pack your return securely with the original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will refund you the full amount within 5-7 working days to the original card account your provided at the time of the order. 

PLEASE NOTE:

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

When ordering from the PLISSÉ London site your item will arrive wrapped in one of our beautiful environmentally friendly boxes.
